Що робити
- Search for relevant Instagram, TikTok and YouTube influencers in beauty, haircare, wellness, fashion and premium lifestyle.
- Build and maintain an influencer database.
- Check influencers by key criteria: audience quality, geography, engagement rate, content quality, fake followers, brand fit and previous brand collaborations.
- Prepare shortlists of relevant influencers for the team.
- Support outreach and follow-up communication.
Що очікуємо
- Experience in influencer research, influencer outreach, PR outreach or talent sourcing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Good taste and understanding of premium beauty/lifestyle aesthetics.
- Ability to work with large lists and keep data organized.
- Strong attention to detail.
Що пропонуємо
- Experience working with UK influencers.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, wellness or lifestyle brands.
- Experience with tools like Modash, HypeAuditor, TrendHero, Heepsy or similar.
- Understanding of UGC, gifting, paid collaborations and usage rights.
