Now we’re looking for a Junior In-house IT Lawyer to become а part of that journey. Maybe that’s you?
Skills & experience that matter:
Education: Master of Law.
At least 1 year of experience as an in-house lawyer in an IT product company or iGaming.
Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, the ability to meet deadlines, and a willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent legal writing and research skills.
English — Upper-intermediate.

What you’ll do: 1. Contract Law — Addendums, Supplementary Agreements & Annexes
Drafting and reviewing addendums, supplementary agreements, and annexes to existing business agreements with counterparties.
Drafting and reviewing rental agreements.
Drafting and reviewing service agreements with counterparties worldwide.
Drafting and reviewing employment / gig-contracts, amendments, and termination documents.
Ensuring consistency between amendments and underlying agreements.
Tracking and maintaining executed amendments in the contract register.
Coordinating execution and counterpart collection for supplementary documentation.
Supporting senior lawyers in negotiation of amendment terms with counterparties.
Advising commercial team on contractual terms and risk allocation.
2. Research
Monitoring regulatory developments in igaming law applicable to the company.
Preparing legal research on igaming regulatory topics under senior lawyer supervision.
Monitoring changes in applicable employment legislation.
Quarterly review of DIIA.CITY regulatory changes and reporting obligations.
3. DIIA.CITY Maintenance
Ongoing legal maintenance of the company’s DIIA.CITY special legal regime status.
Preparation and filing of documentation required by DIIA.CITY regulations.
Monitoring DIIA.CITY regulatory updates and ensuring continued compliance.
4. Cross-functional Legal Projects
Participation in due diligence processes with a focus on contracts and employment matters.
Ad hoc legal research on igaming law, labour law, and contractual issues arising from business needs.
Supporting senior lawyers in banking matters.
Assisting with correspondence for all departments (on-land mail, courier etc.).
