OMD Systems Ltd is a technology company developing advanced computer-vision, machine-learning, and autonomous systems, working with a distributed, international team of specialists. We’re looking for an HR Specialist to join our People team and support the HR department in its everyday work.
What you’ll do
• Support the HR department in its day-to-day operations and administration.
• Coordinate performance review cycles end to end: scheduling, collecting and consolidating feedback, tracking completion, preparing summaries, and guiding managers and employees through the process.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration (contracts, documents, accounts, checklists).
• Help administer HR processes: time off, probation periods, and employee data updates.
• Coordinate the employee reservation process (deferment from military mobilization): prepare and submit the required documentation and keep records current.
• Respond to employee questions on HR matters and escalate where needed.
• Help maintain and improve HR policies and internal documentation.
• Provide light recruiting support when needed (e.g., scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years in an HR support, HR administration, or personnel role.
• Experience with — or strong interest in — performance review processes.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and reliability with documentation.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+), written and spoken — you’ll work with an international team.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.
• Discretion and care when handling confidential information.
