- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube to drive profitable lead and user generation.
- Develop new acquisition funnels and continuously test new ideas
- Increase the volume and velocity of experiments (creative, landing pages, offers, audiences)
- Improve campaign profitability and optimize CAC/CPL
- Launch new funnels faster and improve conversion rates across the board
Що очікуємо
- Experience managing Google Ads accounts with $100,000+/month in ad spend
- Strong background in lead generation, not only eCommerce
- Proven track record designing and scaling acquisition funnels — not just managing existing campaigns
- Strong CRO experience with measurable business results
- Experience working with developers on tracking, conversion APIs, and landing page implementation
Що пропонуємо
- Experience in U.S. lead generation verticals: Real Estate, Cash for Homes, Mortgage, Home Insurance, Auto Insurance, Legal, or Home Services
- Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Familiarity with LTV, retention, payback period, and unit economics
- Basic SQL or data analysis skills
