• Lead, mentor, and develop the international accounting team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
• Lead and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring all journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Oversee the consolidation of subsidiaries’ financial results, ensuring accurate and timely integration of financial data across multiple business units and legal entities.
• Manage intercompany accounting activities, including the reconciliation and elimination of intercompany balances, transactions, and investments.
• Standardize and maintain reporting packages for subsidiaries to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with corporate accounting policies.
