Що робити
- Ensure the team adheres to testing best practices, meets division-level quality standards, and delivers outcomes aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Track and analyze testing metrics and results to provide clear quality status reports at each SDLC milestone.
- Plan QA activities, support engineers with task estimation, and define test scopes.
- Allocate QA resources across features, review performance, and mentor direct reports and team members.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience as a QA engineer, 2+ years of experience in a leading role
- Basic knowledge in computer vision and machine learning
- Understanding and hands-on experience with embedded systems testing
- Automation skills with Python (ability to read a script or maintain simple tests)
- Hands-on experience in UNIX/Linux, including CLI navigation and use of regular expressions
