- Own and manage the production lifecycle of slot games from concept to launch
- Leading and managing the team of math specialists, developers, artists and QAs to ensure the delivery of products on time, with the necessary quality and within the budgets.
- Ensure clear communication of scope, timelines, and priorities across the team, maintaining the team backlog.
- Lead and manage Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, demo sessions and process improvement initiatives.
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in iGaming (Slots/Social Games/Crash or instant win games).
- Strong understanding of the slot game development process, including slot math, game mechanics, art and animation production and technical implementation.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as ClickUp/Jira or similar.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams.
