Що робити

Manage fundraising activities and investor outreach for N5Deal.
Research and qualify potential investors, including VC funds, family offices, strategic and institutional investors.
Analyze investors' portfolios, investment strategies, ticket sizes and potential fit with N5Deal.
Evaluate business models, financial performance, market opportunities and investment attractiveness of projects.
Prepare and improve investment materials, financial presentations and investor proposals together with the founders.

Що очікуємо

3+ years of relevant experience in fundraising, venture capital, investment banking, corporate finance, M&A or investment advisory.
Practical experience raising capital or managing investment transactions with real results.
Strong understanding of how investors evaluate companies, business models, financial performance and growth potential.
Experience researching investors, building investment pipelines and conducting investor negotiations.
Ability to work with financial models, valuations and investment presentations.
