- Strong TypeScript it is the primary language on both sides of the stack
- 5+ years of production back-end development with Node.js, including hands-on NestJS (or a comparable framework)
- MongoDB and Mongoose beyond CRUD schema design, indexing, aggregation, and modelling data that has to stay isolated per account
- Multi-tenant application experience tenant data isolation, roles and permissions (RBAC), account provisioning and invitations
- Payments and subscriptions shipped to production Stripe checkout and subscription lifecycle, webhook handling, idempotency, and gating access to features by what was actually paid for
