- Analyze code and engineering solutions produced by AI systems, evaluating their technical quality.
- Test and evaluate agentic coding models designed to perform complex engineering tasks at a senior developer level.
- Identify bugs, incorrect assumptions, architectural issues, and weak reasoning in AI responses.
- Work with Frontier Labs, producing training data to train Al models.
- Test and assess agentic coding models built to handle complex engineering tasks.
Що очікуємо
- 3-4 years of commercial Full Stack development experience, ideally involving B2B SaaS products and applications that process large amounts of data.
- Regular use of AI-powered development tools, such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, AI agents or similar.
- Engineering Mindset. Strong judgment across the full software lifecycle:
- Reading a PRD and breaking it into Jira tickets
- Estimating effort and scoping work
