• 4+ years of experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of working at scale and owning real production systems
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and a mastery of TypeScript and modern build tools
• Experience using AI tools as part of your engineering workflow, with the ability to evaluate, validate, and iterate on AI-generated UI and logic
• Strong understanding of frontend fundamentals: performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and testing
• Curiosity for how systems work end-to-end: from product behavior and UX to data flows and deployment pipelines
