Що робити
- Manage the monthly invoicing cycle across multiple US entities by verifying revenue reports and issuing invoices.
- Track incoming payments, reconcile invoices, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Process monthly payroll, contractor payments, and other finance-related requests.
- Oversee subscriptions, purchase requests, and prepare monthly finance summaries while coordinating with external US CPAs.
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, billing/AR, or finance operations with real invoicing volume across multiple entities or clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail—errors here have a direct financial impact.
- Strong self-organization with the ability to manage multiple recurring monthly deadlines.
- Confident user of Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, data management, etc.).
- Written English at C1+ level.
