- Daily reconciliation: match PSP settlements, bank and internal ledger across all processors, tracking every fee, reserve, chargeback, refund and FX spread.
- Recovering funds: find missing or withheld money and follow up with processors personally until everything is settled.
- Audit and close: review flows, controls and AI-produced reports line by line, and prepare external audits and the month-end and year-end close.
- Payments and treasury: make and approve outgoing payments, and manage the cash position across accounts and currencies.
- Smart monitoring: build your own dashboards and alerts with Claude so anomalies surface within hours.
