Що робити
- Plan, organize, and conduct internal, field and operational tests for unmanned ground platforms.
- A big chunk of your work will involve field testing and product trials at proving grounds/proving fields across Ukraine under various weather and environmental conditions.
- Analyze, document, and systematize testing results, preparing detailed technical reports and recommendations as for both mechanical and control subsystems.
- Participate in the development, evaluation, and implementation of new technical solutions aimed at improving overall system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineers to validate new features and drive continuous system improvements.
Що очікуємо
- A proven track record with 2+ years of experience in a similar role, such as hardware testing, robotics validation, or field engineering.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical circuit faults is a must.
- Experience in technical documentation creating, structured analysis, and reporting of test results.
- Proven experience in organizing and conducting of technical trainings for direct users.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience of teams managing and coordinating personnel in multitask environments.
