We are seeking an experienced and proactive Engineering Manager to lead and scale multiple teams (2–4 teams) in alignment with long-term strategic goals of our client. This role is critical in driving technical direction, improving team effectiveness, and delivering high-impact initiatives across departments. You will be responsible for coaching Team Leads, partnering with Product and Engineering stakeholders, and building an environment where teams consistently thrive
You Have
5+ years of proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role in a technical environment
Strong background in software engineering with system architecture understanding.
Strong Python proficiency, enabling meaningful code-level guidance and performance support for the team (though hands-on coding isn’t a core part of the role).
Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously. — Hands-on familiarity with logging, monitoring, QA, and deployment practices.
Deep experience in mentoring, team-building, and performance management. — Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) and how they impact engineering workflows.
Ability to guide the team in evaluating and adopting these tools effectively.
Ukrainian language — native proficiency.
English — B1+ — B2

Experience in the business travel domain or complex B2B platforms
