Що робити

Lead and develop cross-functional engineering teams of up to 10 engineers (backend, frontend, infrastructure, mobile)
Own delivery, quality, and technical outcomes for your teams
Partner closely with Product, Trading, and Senior Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical execution
Drive and evolve engineering processes, including planning, estimation, CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and release management
Contribute to architectural decisions for systems running on hybrid infrastructure

Що очікуємо

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or similar leadership role
Strong software engineering background with the ability to engage in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Experience delivering complex software systems in production environments
Background in financial systems, trading platforms, or other high-reliability domains
