- Manual assembly of basic SMD components
- Component removal and replacement under mentor supervision
- Cleaning PCBs after soldering
- Visual inspection of solder quality under a microscope
- Following technological instructions and ESD requirements
Що очікуємо
- Basic manual soldering skills for SMD components
- Experience working with 0603 / 0805 components (0402 is a plus)
- Ability to solder simple packages: SOT, SOP/SOIC
- Basic experience with a soldering station, hot air gun, and microscope
- Understanding of assembly drawings, component orientation, and polarity
Що пропонуємо
- Experience assembling 0402 (ideally 0201) components
- Ability to solder QFN / DFN, LQFP / TQFP packages
- Experience working with RF boards and high‑frequency circuits
- Understanding of RF‑component soldering specifics (minimal overheating, solder geometry control)
- Experience with BGA assembly or rework
