We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to own and scale our Delivery function. This role is responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, developing Delivery processes, growing leaders within the team, and aligning operational execution with business goals.
This is a leadership role focused on building a high-performing Delivery organization.
What you’ll do
Lead and continuously improve the Delivery function across multiple client projects.
Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, quality, timelines, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Build scalable Delivery processes while maintaining flexibility and avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.
Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on Delivery strategy and operational improvements.
Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Team Leads, and other Delivery specialists.
Participate in hiring, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
Monitor project health, proactively identify delivery risks, and drive corrective actions.
Resolve complex delivery and client-related issues, including recovery of challenging projects.
Manage resource allocation, utilization, project margins, and financial performance.
Collaborate with Sales during pre-sales activities, project estimation, and solution planning.
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring long-term partnership success.
Establish transparent reporting and KPIs for Delivery performance.
What we’re looking for
6+ years of experience in IT Delivery with 3+ years of managing multiple teams, Project Managers, or Delivery leaders.
Experience in an IT outsourcing.
Strong background in people management, hiring, coaching, and developing Delivery specialists.
Ownership of project delivery, including timelines, quality, budgets, profitability, and client relationships.
Experience managing resource planning, utilization, and delivery capacity.
Proven ability to recover underperforming projects and handle complex client situations.
Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and business decision-makers.
Technical & professional competencies
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to choose the right approach depending on project needs.
Strong understanding of budgeting, profitability, financial KPIs, and commercial constraints.
Ability to identify delivery risks early and make data-driven decisions.
Experience building scalable operational processes and reporting systems.
Excellent leadership, delegation, coaching, and feedback skills.
Strong client communication and negotiation skills.
Structured, proactive, and business-oriented mindset.
Experience with JIRA, ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management tools.
C1-C2 English.

Experience scaling or transforming a Delivery organization.
Experience participating in pre-sales, project estimation, and proposal preparation.
Experience managing distributed remote teams.
Experience with Data Scraping, Process Automation, AI, integrations, or other technically complex projects.
Familiarity with BI dashboards and operational performance monitoring.
