Що робити
- Communicate with customers via chat, calls, and async messages.
- Run onboarding sessions, demos, and customer meetings.
- Review screen and call recordings to understand customer needs.
- Help customers adopt the product and get real value from it.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Sales teams.
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Confident customer communication (chat & calls).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role.
- Availability to work until 12:00 AM Kyiv time.
