- Own the company’s overall revenue strategy and commercial performance
- Drive growth across Acquisition, Affiliates, CRM, Retention and Conversion
- Develop and scale strategies for Tier-1 GEOs
- Optimize key business metrics: GGR, NGR, LTV, CAC, ARPU, FTD and ROI
- Identify new revenue opportunities and growth channels
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of senior commercial/revenue leadership experience in iGaming
- Strong track record in Tier-1 markets — UK, Germany, Nordics, Canada, Australia, etc.
- Deep understanding of the full player revenue funnel
- Strong expertise in Acquisition, Affiliates, CRM/Retention and monetization
- Proven experience scaling iGaming products and revenue
