- Plan, create, and launch Email and SMS campaigns.
- Build automated Welcome, Retention, Reactivation / Win-back, and VIP communication flows.
- Segment audiences based on user behavior, engagement, and lifecycle stage.
- Develop marketing copy, promotional offers, and CRM mechanics.
- Run A/B tests and analyze campaign performance.
Що очікуємо
- At least 1 year of experience in CRM, Retention, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email / SMS Marketing.
- Hands-on experience launching Email / SMS campaigns and setting up automated communication flows.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above, with strong written communication skills.
- Ability to independently write persuasive marketing copy in English.
- Experience with audience segmentation and A/B testing.
