- Create and write Email & SMS campaigns independently
- Build Welcome, Retention, Reactivation / Win-back and VIP flows
- Segment users by behavior and lifecycle stage
- Work with both existing and cold / external audiences
- Develop offers, promotions and engagement mechanics
Що очікуємо
- 1+ year of hands-on CRM / Retention / Lifecycle / Email & SMS experience
- Experience with both existing and cold audiences
- Experience building automated flows / journeys
- Ability to independently write strong Email & SMS copy
- Strong written English — B2+ minimum
