We're looking for someone who combines a creative strategist and a user acquisition lead — the owner of user acquisition who builds creatives that actually work and personally drives their scaling on Meta Ads. This isn't an execution role inside a ready-made structure. We're looking for someone ready to build the UA function from the ground up into a real system, make decisions on both the numbers and the content, influence business results, and grow together with the product.
Role context:
Product: a digital product for a business audience (details shared at the interview stage).
Geo: Tier-1 — US, Canada, and others.
Channels: Meta Ads (primary).
Funnels: Web-to-Web and Web-to-App — the funnel is already built and working, no need to create it from scratch.
Spend: a significant monthly budget with an active scaling plan (numbers shared at the interview).
Role split — 60/40:
60% Creative: research on competitors, audiences, spy tools; generating ideas and hooks; briefing designers/AI production; analyzing why a creative worked or didn't.
40% User acquisition & analysis: launching campaigns, reading the numbers, deciding what to scale and what to kill.
Team philosophy: a small, effective team with no bloated headcount — no juniors, only self-sufficient, strong people.
Zero bureaucracy and zero micromanagement: decisions are made fast, we work for results, not process.
Creatives are produced through an AI pipeline (static/video generation, AI avatars) — you own and run it yourself. This person needs to work hands-on with tools and systems, not "manage vendors."
Compensation:
Base + % of spend with a KPI gate:
Base salary range — $2,500–4,000 to start (final number negotiable, depending on level).
Bonus: 2% of monthly spend up to $100k + 2.5% on everything above $100k — no cap: the more you scale, the more you earn.
Bonus is paid when average monthly CPA is ≤ target cap and early cohort re-bill is at or above the norm (a quality-of-traffic safeguard).
CPA exceeds cap by up to 15% → bonus rate ×0.5; more than 15% → no bonus for that month.
Everything is calculated from two numbers (spend + CPA); you see the calculation base in the dashboard.
Base salary review after 6 months based on results.
Equity: after 12 months of collaboration, based on results — the opportunity to receive a share/option in the product. This is a level of partnership that corporate structures simply don't offer.
Fully remote, no office ties!
A working funnel and product — not a "maybe it'll take off" startup lottery: the funnel is built, there are sales, the job is to systematize and scale.
AI-first approach: creative production runs on an AI pipeline, with budget for tools and freedom to experiment with the stack.
No bureaucracy: direct access to the founder, decisions made within a day, no approvals through five layers of management.
What you'll be responsible for:
• Researching competitors, audiences, and spy tools to generate ideas and hooks.
• Briefing designers and AI production with high-quality creative requirements.
• Implementing and developing AI tools in creative production (static/video generation, AI avatars).
• Building and evolving a creative testing system.
• Managing Meta Ads campaigns for Tier-1 markets (US, Canada, and others).
• Forming hypotheses, analyzing test results, and scaling winning creative + targeting combinations.
• Analyzing campaign performance: CPA, ROAS, cohort analytics, and key business metrics.
• Scaling ad campaigns without losing efficiency.
• Contributing to the development of the product's creative and marketing strategy.
What we're looking for:
• AT LEAST 2 years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or Creative Strategist with a performance focus.
• Experience working at product companies with a strong performance culture.
• Hands-on experience managing budgets of $50,000+ per month on Meta Ads.
