• Proven experience as a Creatio Implementer — hands-on experience with Business Processes, Case Designer (DCM), Freedom UI, Business Rules, and data modeling.
• Experience configuring dashboards and reports in Creatio
• Experience building complex multi-stage approval workflows with multiple approvers
• Experience delivering user training and supporting UAT.
• Ability to read business requirement documents and translate them into a technical solution, including identifying gaps and open questions
