Що робити
- Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities in iGaming.
- Build and lead a high-performing product organisation (Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, UX/UI).
- Drive product roadmap prioritisation based on business impact, player value, regulatory constraints, and technical feasibility.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of casino, sportsbook, and platform products (web, mobile, native apps).
- Ensure products are optimised for player acquisition, retention, engagement, LTV, and responsible gaming.
Що очікуємо
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior/leadership role (Head of Product / VP Product / CPO).
- Strong background in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or related digital entertainment industries.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products with measurable business results (revenue, retention, engagement).
- Deep understanding of player lifecycle, conversion funnels, retention mechanics, gamification, and responsible gaming practices.
- Experience working in multi-jurisdiction, regulated environments (preferable: MGA, UKGC, Curacao, or major European licences).
