Visit job sites and create photo and video content of ongoing and completed projects.
Film before-and-after transformations, installations, repairs, technician processes, and finished results.
Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other platforms.
Develop strong hooks and concepts designed to capture attention within the first few seconds.
Turn technical projects such as window repair, glass replacement, storefront installation, shower enclosures, glass partitions, and door installations into content that is easy and interesting for customers to understand.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience creating social media content and strong skills in video shooting and editing. Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software is preferred. Strong English communication, attention to detail, reliability, creativity, and the ability to work independently are important. Experience creating content for construction, home improvement, architecture, real estate, interior design, or service businesses is a major advantage.

Success in this position will be measured by consistent production of high-quality content, growth in organic reach and engagement, increased views and followers, development of recognizable company branding, and—most importantly—social media inquiries and leads that convert into customers.
