Що робити

Build and execute commercial strategy to grow revenue and market share.
Lead and mentor sales team to hit ambitious targets.
Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
Negotiate deals with key clients and secure long-term contracts.
Oversee marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals in cooperation with CMO.

Що очікуємо

5+ years in commercial leadership, sales, or business development (iGaming/SaaS a big plus).
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading teams.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Strategic mindset with solid financial acumen.
Fluent English (C1+).
