Skills & experience that matter: — 6+ years of experience successfully developing enterprise applications. — Solid technical and architectural background in building secure, high-performance, and highly available systems. — Deep knowledge of software architecture principles. — Experience managing technical teams of 50+ people & building high-load systems. — Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading software teams across different technologies. — Experience writing production code with Go/Python (preferably both). — Experience with development best practices: unit testing, test automation, monitoring, CI/CD. — Experience with AWS. — Good written/verbal communication skills in English. — Clear communication and ability to work with stakeholders; business orientation. — Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset — including problems at the intersection of technology and development teams. — Adaptability and ability to perform under pressure.
Nice to have: — Experience in the iGaming industry.
What you’ll do Technology Strategy & Vision: — Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation across all product areas. — Define the long-term technical vision, keeping the platform cutting-edge, scalable, and ready for growth. — Develop strategic plans for technology development and regularly review the technology stack. — Identify opportunities for technological innovation and process improvements; establish and track key performance metrics. Team Leadership: — Lead, inspire, mentor, and build high-performance engineering teams across different technologies. — Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. — Build technical teams from the ground up where needed. Architecture & Reliability: — Oversee the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.— Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure and systems. — Ensure systems are designed to scale and perform under high traffic loads while maintaining high reliability and uptime. — Oversee identification of technological risks and development of mitigation strategies; ensure robust security practices. Product Delivery: — Own and lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and iteration. — Ensure smooth delivery of high-quality products on time. — Lead the development of the company’s game aggregator service. Business Alignment: — Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions. — Communicate requirements clearly and resolve contradictions between business and technical priorities. — Identify problems, find innovative solutions, and think critically.
