- Day-to-day operational management of the company
- Maintaining the company's established processes: planning, reporting, areas of ownership
- Managing the team through team leads: product, development, marketing, design, support
- Executing the CEO's strategy: breaking down goals into tasks, deadlines and metrics
- Coordinating product releases: keeping deadlines, syncing teams, removing cross-team dependencies
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years as COO / Head of Operations / Operations Director
- Must have: experience in a product company — mobile apps, SaaS, digital products, e-commerce, adtech. Candidates with an exclusively outsourcing or agency background will not be considered
- Experience managing a team of 30+ people, including working through team leads
- Experience running established operational processes: maintaining execution discipline and making targeted improvements
- Experience coordinating product releases and working with cross-functional teams
