- Strategic Finance & Leadership
- Lead the company’s financial strategy and long-term financial planning
- Build scalable financial processes and internal controls to support rapid operational growth
- Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial modeling processes
- Support executive decision-making through financial analysis and operational insights
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, operational finance, or senior finance leadership roles. Experience as CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, or equivalent leadership position
- Strong understanding of financial operations, treasury management, and financial planning
- Experience working with manufacturing, hardware, defence-tech, or industrial businesses is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience building and implementing ERP, accounting, and operational reporting systems from the ground up, including process automation and integration across finance, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory management
- Experience managing international financial operations and multi-jurisdiction structures
