Why this role exists: This role exists to ensure efficient, scalable, and predictable casino operations across game provider integrations, game releases, and content management.
You’ll help us improve operational delivery by leading the Casino Operations team, establishing clear processes and service standards, and using automation and AI to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase team efficiency.
What you’ll drive: Team leadership & people management — Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Casino Operations and Content Specialists; — Allocate workload and balance team capacity across game releases, provider onboardings, and ad-hoc requests; — Set clear performance expectations and operational benchmarks; — Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, provide feedback, and support team members’ professional growth; — Foster accountability, collaboration, and a high-performing team environment.
Casino operations & SLA management — Oversee the end-to-end operational lifecycle, including provider onboarding, game activations, and configurations; — Manage incoming requests from Account Management, Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders, prioritizing them based on business impact; — Ensure timely request resolution and adherence to agreed service-level agreements (SLAs); — Act as the escalation point for complex operational issues and coordinate their resolution; — Monitor operational performance and identify bottlenecks affecting delivery speed or quality.
Process ownership & knowledge management — Define, document, and continuously improve standardized operational processes for provider onboarding, game releases, and configuration changes; — Establish clear workflows, ownership, handoffs, and lead times between the team and internal stakeholders; — Build and maintain a self-service knowledge base in Confluence; — Ensure internal teams can independently access operational guidelines, requirements, and expected timelines; — Identify process gaps and implement improvements that reduce errors and make delivery more predictable.
Automation, AI & operational efficiency — Audit operational workflows to identify repetitive manual tasks and opportunities for automation; — Implement automated workflows and no-code solutions to improve operational efficiency; — Identify and introduce AI tools for configuration checks, bulk updates, documentation, and reporting; — Drive AI adoption within the team and integrate AI-assisted workflows into everyday operations; — Measure the impact of process improvements through delivery speed, accuracy, and workload efficiency.
What makes you a GR8 fit: Must-have — 3+ years of experience in casino operations, content management, or game provider integrations within the iGaming industry; — 1–2+ years of experience in a team lead or management role, including direct people management and workload planning; — Proven experience optimizing operational processes and improving delivery efficiency, quality, or error rates; — Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing systems, Confluence, and basic API testing tools; — Strong understanding of operational workflows, prioritization, and SLA management; — Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; — Professional fluency in English.
