Що робити
- Conduct client interviews to identify and gather business requirements.
- Perform pre-project research, analyze and formalize business needs.
- Develop and align project documentation with clients, including Implementation Concepts, Technical Designs, Specifications, User Stories, Test Cases, Use Cases, etc.
- Set tasks for the development team and ensure the delivered functionality meets technical and client requirements.
- Conduct acceptance and regression testing.
Що очікуємо
- Experience with Creatio (BPM’online) as an administrator or advanced user.
- 3+ year of experience in business/system analysis (preferably in an IT integrator or banking environment).
- Hands-on experience with IT system implementation in banking or financial institutions (understanding of banking business processes is essential).
- Experience in requirements elicitation (external client-facing experience is a plus).
- Experience in implementing or enhancing IT systems (preferably for external clients).
