Що робити
- Identify and approach new iGaming brands, direct advertisers, and affiliate programs across target GEOs
- Negotiate commercial terms, including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals, payouts, caps, qualification criteria, and payment schedules
- Manage relationships with existing partners and serve as their main point of contact
- Secure better rates, exclusive offers, increased caps, and improved payment terms
- Work closely with the media buying team to source offers that match traffic sources, GEOs, and campaign objectives
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Management, or Partnerships within the gambling industry
- Hands-on experience working and communicating directly with gambling brands and affiliate programs
- Proven ability to acquire new partners, negotiate deals, and grow existing accounts
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models and their commercial implications
- Understanding of media buying economics and key gambling metrics, including FTD, CPA, Reg2Dep, ROI, and LTV
