🚀 EcomShape is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.
As a startup, we’re building modern eCommerce solutions that help businesses launch, scale, and optimize their digital commerce. We work with international clients, combining technical expertise with a consultative approach to deliver solutions that create real business value.
Now we’re looking for someone who wants to help us grow our client base across Europe and beyond.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales within IT outsourcing, software development, or digital services
✔️ Based in Ukraine or the EU
✔️ Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English and fluent Ukrainian
✔️ Proven experience generating and closing new business with international clients
✔️ Strong outbound sales skills (LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, partnerships)
✔️ Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery calls to negotiation and closing
✔️ Ability to understand clients’ business needs and offer consultative solutions
✔️ Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
What you’ll do:
🔹 Identify and engage new clients
🔹 Own the sales process from first contact to signed contract
🔹 Conduct discovery calls and present EcomShape’s services
🔹 Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms
🔹 Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
🔹 Work directly with the founders to shape our sales strategy, outreach, and go-to-market approach
