- Analyze and document business processes within implementation projects
- Gather, clarify, and formalize business requirements
- Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation for product customization and new functionality
- Collaborate with development teams throughout the implementation process
- Communicate with clients, clarify business needs, and support solution implementation
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience implementing ready-made enterprise products (CRM, ERP, SAP, or similar solutions/IT products) for clients, or practical experience in FMCG business functions (e.g., Trade Marketing, RGM, Demand Planning).
- Direct involvement in implementation projects, with ownership of the implementation process and accountability for delivery results
- Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
