Backend Engineer (Golang)

🔹Design, build, and own backend services end-to-end, from architecture through production operation;
🔹Drive system and infrastructure design decisions as our platform scales;
🔹Choose and apply the right data stores and search technologies to keep services fast and reliable under load;
🔹Own the operational health of your services — security, monitoring, alerting, and reporting;
🔹Partner closely with product to shape requirements into well-scoped, shippable work;

In this role, you will contribute to designing and building next-generation cloud-based solutions, tackling challenges related to performance, scalability, and availability across multi-cloud environments using the latest services and technologies.
You will also be involved in developing new features and enhancing the web application, building backend services that power complex functionality. In addition, you will help shape the team's adoption of modern AI tooling—from coding agents to MCP-based integrations—as these capabilities become a core part of the software development process.
Key Requirements:
🔹 5+ years of production experience with Go is a must; experience with at least one other backend programming language is highly preferred.
🔹Significant experience creating and utilizing RESTful API and scalable performance systems - a must;
