Your expertise:
Solid proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+)
Confident intermediate TypeScript knowledge and willingness to grow further
Experience with Node.js server-side development
Experience designing and implementing HTTP APIs (REST, RPC-style, or similar)
Knowledge and experience with Docker
Practical experience working with SQL (joins, schemas, indexing, query optimization)
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Understanding of asynchronous programming in Node.js, аwareness of clean code principles and maintainable coding practices
Understanding of Object — Oriented programming
Basic understanding of SOLID principles
Experience writing unit tests and integration tests
Understanding of HTTP protocol
Basic familiarity with common web security threats and mitigation
Proficient understanding of Git Willingness to work across all stages of the application lifecycle: development, environments, deployments, maintenance
Systematic approach to problem-solving
Competent English (reading, writing)
Daily hands-on use of AI coding assistants, with the judgement to review, verify and reject their output — you own what you ship regardless of who typed it
Ability to work to written team conventions, including ones you would have decided differently — disagree, then commit
Will definitely be a plus:
Experience with another programming language besides JS / TS
Basic understanding of client-side concepts: event loop, micro / macro tasks, browser as a platform and devtools
Experience with ReactJS and its ecosystem
Experience taking AI development tooling further than using an assistant out of the box
Experience debugging production through logs, metrics and dashboards rather than by guesswork
Experience with decorator-based dependency injection (Inversify, NestJS, Angular-style DI)
Experience with message queues or event-driven architectures (SQS / SNS, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Competent spoken English

You will be involved into:
Drive backend features end to end — requirements, implementation, review, release, and verifying the result in production (and occasionally frontend)
Support and maintain existing functionality across the product, internal tooling included Investigate and resolve customer-affecting problems in production
Validate and refine feature requirements — think through edge cases, business logic, and implementation approach Implement features according to product vision with proper test coverage
Review code — both your teammates’ and what the agents produce for you
Help evolve how the team works with AI — the way we build is ours to shape, and everyone here contributes to it
