Role Mission
We are looking for an AI-native engineer who already uses agents as the primary way to build software.
You will turn product and engineering problems into clear plans for AI agents, provide the right context and tools, run multiple workstreams, review the results, and guide the work until it is ready for production.
You should be able to build agents for both product use cases and software development. Strong engineering knowledge is essential, but we care less about how much code you write manually and more about your ability to consistently deliver reliable software through AI.

What You’ll Do
Design and build AI agents that use tools, APIs, application data, and internal services.
Turn business requirements into structured execution plans for coding agents.
Coordinate agents across research, implementation, testing, debugging, and code review.
Create the context, instructions, MCP tools, and guardrails agents need to work effectively.
Review generated solutions for correctness, security, architecture, and maintainability.
Improve agent workflows through testing, evaluations, validation, retries, and feedback loops.
Own the final result from the initial problem through deployment and production support.
Our production systems are primarily built with Node.js and TypeScript, so you must be able to understand, review, debug, and improve the code produced by agents.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience building AI agents or multi-step LLM workflows.
Practical knowledge of tool calling, structured outputs, context management, agent state, and failure handling.
Daily experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar coding agents.
Experience giving agents complete engineering tasks rather than isolated coding prompts.
Ability to coordinate several AI-assisted workstreams while maintaining quality and direction.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, databases, queues, and production systems.
Strong curiosity and a habit of actively experimenting with new models, agent frameworks, and development workflows.
Conversational English at B2 / Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Your agent experience can come from commercial work, a startup, open-source contributions, freelance work, or a serious personal project. You should be ready to discuss what you built, how the agent worked, where it failed, and how you improved it.
