• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, with strong fluency in DaVinci Resolve
• Fluent, hands-on use of AI generation tools as a core part of your daily workflow, with AI video generation front and center (Magnific, Higgsfield, Claude, and so on)
• A strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling in short-form video
• Solid grasp of platform-specific specs for Meta and other ad platforms (duration, aspect ratios, safe zones, captions, compression)
• Comfortable producing a high volume of creative variations and iterating quickly on feedback, while working independently with open, transparent communication
