- Create and scale AI-powered performance creatives for paid channels that drive measurable results (CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Generate hypotheses based on data, trends, and audience insights.
- Own the full AI creative cycle independently, from ideation through scripting, AI generation, and design to the final asset, without relying on a separate design or editing team for execution.
- Deeply understand user psychology and speak the audience’s language.
- Analyze results, identify connections between creatives and performance, and feed those learnings into your next production cycle.
Що очікуємо
- Hands-on experience with AI generation tools for video, image, voice, or motion (Higgsfield, Veo 3, Claude, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, or similar).
- Solid design and editing skills, including basic motion, composition, pacing, and editing principles, using tools like Figma, After Effects, CapCut, or AI-native equivalents.
- Strong storytelling instinct: you can turn a data point or user insight into a script or visual concept that actually holds attention.
- Curiosity to understand why creatives work, not just whether they perform.
- Cause-and-effect thinking with a focus on business impact and data-driven decisions.
