- Interview team members and analyze existing business processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using AI.
- Design AI solution architectures for various business use cases.
- Select the most appropriate technologies, including AI agents, RAG, QA systems, no-code/low-code platforms, and API integrations.
- Build, test, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.
Що очікуємо
- At least 1 year of practical experience in AI Automation, AI Integration, Product Operations, Operations Automation, or business process automation.
- Experience building AI agents, RAG/QA systems, and workflow automations.
- Strong understanding of the differences between AI agents, chatbots, RAG systems, and traditional automation.
- Experience working with APIs, modern AI platforms, and no-code/low-code automation tools.
- Ability to independently design, prototype, and implement working solutions.
