- Lead and support a team of Affiliate Managers, helping them achieve both individual and team performance goals.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentorship while fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of new team members.
- Monitor team performance, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans to increase overall efficiency.
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within the iGaming industry.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating Affiliate Managers.
- Solid understanding of affiliate commercial models, including CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and CPL.
- Experience managing affiliate partnerships in Tier-1 and regulated markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions.
