Що робити

Own partner relationships end-to-end: onboarding, day-to-day communication, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational partner questions and escalations
Build and manage a structured onboarding process for new suppliers and buyers
Proactively identify and recruit new partners through outbound efforts, rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities
Represent the company at international industry conferences and events, building relationships with prospective partners face-to-face

Що очікуємо

Previous experience as an Affiliate Manager or Partnership Manager
English proficiency at C1–C2 level (mandatory) — all partner communication is conducted in English
Experience in U.S. lead generation industries such as Home Improvement, Home Insurance, Auto Insurance, Mortgage, Personal Loans, Cash Home Buyers, or similar verticals
Experience working with Ping/Post, Direct Post, lead distribution, or affiliate partnership models
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
