Leading and coordinating cross-functional tasks across multiple departments within the holding structure.
Managing product-related operational processes and ensuring alignment between business, product, and technical teams.
Driving execution of strategic initiatives in close collaboration with Product, Payments, CRM, Support, VIP, Analytics, Marketing, Affiliate, Compliance, and Operations departments.
Acting as a central coordination point between stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution flow.
Participating in product planning, feature prioritization, process optimization, and operational improvements.

4+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Operations, Product Management, or Cross-Functional Operations roles.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and operational project management.
Experience working in highly cross-functional environments involving multiple business units and stakeholders.
Experience in iGaming, Betting, Fintech, Payments, or other high-load digital industries will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of operational processes, product logic, customer lifecycle, and business metrics.
