Key goals would include:
Continuous improvement of the methodology and Sales strategy for the coordinated work of the Sales,Lead Generation and Marketing team;
Periodic market analysis to create up-to-date and relevant ICPs;
Creation of KPIs for the team and implementation of solutions to meet them.
In our team you will:
Build Sales funnels, as well as continuously create and test ICPs via LinkedIn and email campaigns;
Manages Lead Generation, Sales and Marketing specialists who are part of the team. Analyze the implemented processes and improve the department;
An analytical approach to generating hypotheses from data;
Determine the right approach to the team and create motivation for them;
Monitor metrics, identify areas of improvement, and work according to the sales strategy;
Collaborate with marketing team for the support on content and in messaging approaches;
Constantly keep abreast of IT trends and changes within the industry.
Important skills:
At least 3+ years of sales experience, including active business development;
Experience managing a sales team is preferred; candidates with leadership experience in other team types will also be considered;
Knowledge of the sales process in IT outsourcing/outstaffing from A to Z;
Must be very organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational and time management skills;
“Getting things done” attitude, with strong strategic thinking.
Ability to see several steps forward with possible experiments for success;
You are a great listener and you know how to put your thoughts in a nutshell;
Be accountable and willing to take responsibility for the team’s performance;
