- Product Ownership & Roadmap:
- Own and manage the CRM product roadmap, ensuring it supports business priorities and operational needs
- Define product goals, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that create measurable business impact
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and actionable tasks for development
- Define and track key product metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
Що очікуємо
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on CRM systems, internal platforms, operational tools, or workflow automation products
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, product architecture, and scalable system design principles
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks based on business impact
- Strong experience in product discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Ability to work with data, metrics, and analytics to drive decision-making and measure success
