We generate motivated seller leads through SEO, PPC, YouTube, and social media, connecting homeowners with real estate investors across the United States.
SEO is one of our core acquisition channels and a major growth engine for the company. We’re looking for a Head of SEO to take full ownership of this channel and scale it aggressively.
This is not a traditional SEO manager role.
We are not looking for someone who simply publishes content, tracks rankings, or manages vendors.
We’re looking for someone who understands how SEO drives revenue, can identify growth opportunities independently, and can build systems that produce measurable business results.
What You’ll Own
Full ownership of SEO performance and growth
SEO strategy across content, technical SEO, authority building, and AI search visibility
Building and managing the SEO team, freelancers, and external partners
Identifying bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and operational inefficiencies
Prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and ROI
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience ranking websites in the Top 1–3 positions for competitive keywords
Experience leading and managing SEO teams
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes rather than activities
Ability to measure, report, and improve SEO ROI
