Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
Define and execute the BDR team’s outbound strategy, including prospecting approaches, outreach sequences, and messaging frameworks.
Set individual and team KPIs, monitor performance daily, and implement coaching plans where needed (including PIPs when necessary).
Partner closely with Account Executives and the Head of Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, pipeline quality, and alignment on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
Oversee accurate CRM hygiene and reporting in HubSpot, ensuring full visibility into team activity and pipeline contribution.

3–5 years of experience in sales development or business development, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or management role (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
Proven track record of building and managing high-performing BDR teams and consistently hitting pipeline targets.
Deep understanding of outbound prospecting methodologies, sequencing strategies, and multi-channel engagement (email, LinkedIn, phone).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze team performance metrics and translate insights into actionable coaching.
