About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our growing analytics team (30+ professionals).In this role, you will drive tangible business impact by delivering high-quality insights and recommendations, leveraging your ability to combine strategic thinking and problem-solving with detailed analysis. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, uncovering business insights, devising optimization strategies, and validating them through experiments.
What You’ll Do
Conduct deep-dive analyses and deliver actionable insights to improve product performance.
Analyze large-scale datasets (funnel events, transactional, and text data) to identify growth opportunities.
Design and interpret A/B tests, MAB experiments, and hypothesis-driven analyses.
Track and implement key business metrics to support decision-making.
Work with cutting-edge tools, including Bayesian statistics, ML models, and LLMs.
Collaborate with a large and highly skilled Analytics team, fostering a knowledge-sharing environment.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in product analytics
Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries to extract insights and support decision-making.
Strong visualization skills in PowerBI (preferred), Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
Expertise in Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Analysis, A/B testing, and Hypothesis Testing, with a proven ability to analyze results.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Python/R, and ML will be a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with confidence in interacting across all levels of management and diverse business functions.
English proficiency (at least strong upper-intermediate level).
