🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our Operations team and help develop and maintain the company’s knowledge base.
The primary focus of this role is collecting, structuring, and documenting business processes, ensuring documentation remains up to date, and developing a Single Source of Truth based on Confluence.
The successful candidate will work closely with Payments, Risk, Anti-Fraud, Customer Support, Product, and IT teams to document processes, procedures, guidelines, and internal policies.
⚙️Your Tasks:
1+ year of experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, Knowledge Manager, or Process Manager.
Experience working with Confluence, Notion, or other knowledge management systems.
Ability to describe complex processes in a clear, structured, and user-friendly way.
Experience creating SOPs, user guides, knowledge base articles, and internal regulations.
Understanding of business process design and documentation principles.
Experience working with Jira.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher.

Document and maintain company business processes.
Create, organize, and update documentation in Confluence.
Develop SOPs, instructions, knowledge base articles, and internal policies.
Conduct interviews with process owners and gather required information.
Review and keep existing documentation up to date.
Ensure consistency and compliance with documentation standards.
Design and maintain the structure of the corporate knowledge base.
Create process diagrams, flowcharts, BPMN models, and workflow documentation.
Participate in process optimization and automation initiatives.
Identify documentation gaps and prepare action plans to address them.
Nice to have:
Experience in the iGaming, Fintech or other hight-risk industries
Understanding of Payments, Risk, Fraud, or Customer Support processes.
Experience migrating documentation between Confluence, Notion, or other knowledge management platforms.
